About Me

I'm a therapist with 15 years of experience helping people who've hit a wall with traditional therapy.

My Approach

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, but I believe real change happens through the safety, attunement, and honesty we create in the room. Techniques support the process. The connection is what allows it to land.

I tend to slow things down. We pay attention to what is happening underneath the story, in your body, in the parts of you that learned to protect, in the survival strategies that once made sense. There is usually wisdom there. And often, there is exhaustion too.

I do not rush vulnerability. I respect protective parts. At the same time, I will gently name patterns when they show up. Insight is helpful, but it is not the end point. We are working toward something lived and felt, more regulation, more choice, more connection.

I do not see therapy as fixing what is broken. I see it as creating enough safety that the parts of you carrying anxiety, shame, grief, or fear do not have to work so hard anymore.

I work well with people who are thoughtful and curious about themselves, especially around attachment, trauma, anxiety, and relationship dynamics. Many of my clients have done therapy before and understand their patterns intellectually but still feel stuck in their bodies or in their relationships. That is often where our work begins.

I deeply respect each client’s values and belief systems. If faith or spirituality is meaningful to you, we can thoughtfully and authentically integrate that into our work.
