Rates

$165 per 50–55 minute session. All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance

This is a fee-for-service practice. I do not accept or process insurance claims. Upon request, I will provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration.

Your counseling services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. If you're interested in using your health insurance, I'd encourage you to call your provider and ask about out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.

I also provide a receipt at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many mental health sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network mental health provider?
• How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
